I only see a blue screen when I try to launch the course

If you are seeing a blank blue course screen, there is really only one likely cause – media is being blocked (most-likely by your corporate firewall). In order to view the course, you will need to do one of two things:

  1. Get your IT/Helpdesk to make an exception to allow content to reach your computer and IE browser from media.ninthhouse.net,
    app.ninthhuse.net or
  2. View the course from outside the firewall – on a home computer, for instance.
