Public Seminars

This is a very tactically oriented, hands-on seminar on how to get your GTD system up and running. You will learn the fundamental thinking process and the five phases of workflow mastery. Led by our senior presenters, who have extensive experience working with a wide range of people and organizations around the world. This one-day presentation is packed with practical recommendations and suggestions about how to put GTD to work for you—at work, at home and in everything you do.

If you are new to GTD, or have implemented the system but are looking for tactical implementation advice, you will find this seminar to be a good launch pad for getting your GTD system off the ground.

Led by David Allen, the GTD Making It All Work course presents the "big picture" of the Getting Things Done approach. It includes a condensed version of the five phase model in the GTD Mastering Workflow seminar, but delves much further and at a much more rapid pace, into prioritization, productivity best practices, and making change stick.

You will be entertained with David Allen's candid and energetic presentation, his insights into why we do what we do, and what we can do to change it for the better.

If you already have a good grasp on the basic GTD workflow models, and/or are looking for inspiration from David and a broader understanding of the whole game, you will get value from this course.

When you have a solid foundation with GTD, the Managing Projects & Priorities seminar brings you deeper into the power of your focus, project planning and creative brainstorming, and developing your priorities. Our senior staff lead this graduate-level course.

You'll have an opportunity to explore your priorities using the Horizons of Focus model. There will also be workshop time devoted to developing one of your personal or professional projects, using the powerful Natural Planning Model.

If you are a graduate of one of our GTD courses, and have been looking for "what's next?" in your implementation and mastery of the system, this seminar will bring you new tools for creatively engaging with your projects.
